Useable Birdcage

Another placeable to make the NWN a bit more interactive....

Birdcages are used to trap majestic birds within. If unlocked or destroyed, the trapped creatures fly away from their prison, thankful for their release.

The nature classes (druid, rangers) receive a small a amount of XP for releasing trapped animals into freedom.

If not destroyed cages respawn their birds and lock themself after 20 minutes of real time (long enough to prevent easy XPing...)
