Name: Key Rental System

Does: Allows PCs to rent exclusive keys from a realtor.

Notes:
This isn't so much one script as a full system with dozens of scripts. The keysystem.zip contains a fully functional example module, the module in .erf format for easy importing, and instructions in both regular and rich text.

Possible Applications:
Not only the rental of PC houses (includes ability to make duplicate keys for your friends), but perhaps access to exclusive "clubs", a private palace, or private quests/dungeons.

This is more useful in a persistent world setting and is currently coded to utilize drako_wolfheart's Persistent World Universal Mind system, though the instructions explain how you can bypass that stuff (you have to make the code changes yourself).
